Only a few days ago Indian Tennis sensation queen Sania Mirza had said that she wanted to quit Tennis and get married. But out of the blue Sania Mirza had called off her engagement with her childhood beau Mohammed Sohrab Mirza citing incompatibility. The hyderabadi 23 year old had got engaged to 24 the year old Sohrab, who hails from an influential business family. "We were friends for years but found ourselves incompatible as fiancés. I want to wish Sohrab the very best in his life," Sania said in a brief statement without giving the exact reasons for the sudden break up.

Sania's father said that the two families, who have been good friends for several years now will still continue be on good terms even after the couple’s split. The two families have been friends for the past twenty five years. Sohrab is at present studying business in the UK. The sudden change in Sania’s stand adds to confusion as recently she had said that she cannot be playing throughout her career and wanted to settle down. India’s Top Sporting Icon Sania Mirza is going low in her career as well as in her personal life. - Agencies.
