The shooting of ‘Endhiran’ almost done and the superstar Rajinikanth is dubbing fast. The film has been in the making for a long time now, almost two years. Now that the film is getting ready to be released the big question on everyone’s lips is what Rajini’s adutha padam, what is Rajini’s next film. With every move of the superstar becoming news the question about his next film is quite obvious. Rajini’s next film is ‘Puli Vesham’ and the film will be directed by P Vasu, one of Rajini’s trusted and favourite.

Vasu has directed Super hits like Mannan, Uzzhaippali and the biggest chandramukhi. Now chandramukhi was made as a sequel in Kannada as Aptharakshaka with late Sandalwood icon Vishnuvardhan. Aptharakshaka which is making waves in Kannada was a huge challenge to film because of the sudden demise of Vishnuvardhan disturbed him. “But my hard work and Vishnu sir’s extraordinary acting has paid off finally said Vasu. The movie is a big hit and has collected Rs 1.45 crores just in two days of its release.” Interestingly Rajini saw the film and was moved to tears and agreed for a film with P Vasu immediately.

The story of Puli Vesham is about an innocent village youth who is ensnared in a vicious circle of trouble after he comes to the city. He says this will be another milestone film like Chinna Thambi.
