The audio launch of Palavana Cholai, a remake of the yesteryear hit titled the same was held. Directed by Dayalan and produced by Radhakrishnan, the new version features Nithin Sathya, Abhinaya, Chama, Sanjeev, Sathyan and Karthika in lead roles. Bobby is scoring the music. Bobby has come up with catchy tunes and the remix of the hit song Megamae ..Megamae, will top the charts. Rajasekhar who directed the original version , said, ‘The movie was adored and admired by youngsters when released in 1981. I am confident that this remake too would do well’. Producers Chozha Ponnurangam, R B Choudhary, Sivasakthi Pandian were present on this occasion. Nithin Sathya, Karthika and Sanjeev and Dayalan also spoke on the occasion.
