Feather Touch which produced Malai Malai is now producing a film titled Maanja Velu. Arun Vijay is doing the lead role. Selection of the heroine is going on. A Venkatesh is directing this film. Arun Vijay while speaking about this film said,” Because of the success of Malai Malai, the same team as once again joined in Maanja Velu. We are talking to Prakash Raj. Prabhu, Santhanam and Kanga Karuppu are also acting. Mani Sharma is composing the music. Venkatesh will be wielding the camera. V T Vijayan will be editing this film. Kanal Kannan is in charge of stunts. Hem Chand and Susil Mohan are producing this film on behalf of Feather Touch Entertainment. This film is about a youth who is sharp like maanja thread. My character name is Velu. The first schedule of shooting will commence on 19th September at Palani. We will be shooting song sequences in foreign countries. There will lot of innovative stunts in this film. I am going to London to get trained for a stunt scene wherein I will be jumping from a plane which is at 10,000 feet.”
